Low Carb broccoli mushroom quiche

Ingredients
5 Eggs, 1C cream, 4C broccoli, .5C mushrooms, .25C onion, 1T butter
Directions
You can use any comparable quantity veggies. Sautee onions and mushrooms in butter until onions are translucent. Add trimmed broccoli florets and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Add veggies to quiche pan or casserolle sprayed with nonstick baking spray, cover with liquid mixture. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
