Best Lentil Soup Ever

Ingredients
2 C Red Lentils, washed7 Cups Water1 Large Onion, Chopped1 Tbs. Flour1/4 C Olive OilSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 4 Servings
Put lentils, water, and onion together in a large cooking pot and simmer for 1 hour

mix flour and olive oil together to form a rue, then add to soup and simmer for 5 minutes

juice a lemon and add to soup
simmer for 5 minutes

remove from eat and serve hot!
