Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
2 - 8 oz. packages 1/3 less fat cream cheese1 - 8 oz tub sugar free or lite cool whip3/4 cup Splenda1 1/2 tsp. vanilla1 reduced fat shortbread or graham cracker crust
Directions
Combine all ngredients and pour into crust. Smooth and freeze 2 hours or overnight or put in fridge 30 minutes and serve. Makes 8 - 10 servings.

    I was just about to submit a variation of this that I made today. I used phyllo dough shells instead of pie crust, and made much smaller portions that way. It was great, though! - 5/4/08
