1 C Steel Cut Oats, dry,Cereals ready-to-eat, QUAKER, 1/2 C Sunflower Seeds2 1/4 cupPuffed Rice cereal, 1 T Flax Seed Meal (ground flax1 C Fiber One Cereal1/4 C Applesauce, unsweetened1/4 C Sugar Free Syrup1/4 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/2 tsp Salt4 T Honey2 tbsp Vanilla Extract,1/4 cup Dried Cranberries1/4 cup Raisins
brown oats sunflower seeds, rice cereal and flax seed in 325 oven for 5-10 minutes. combine syrups, sugars, vanilla and salt. heat to combine in microwave.
combine toasted cereals, syrup mixture, applesauce and dried fruit in bowl. Spread in greased 9X9 pan and bake at 325 for 25 mnutes. cool completely and cut into 12 peices.
