1 16 oz can of garbanzos (drained) 2/3 cups of tahini (sesame paste) 2/3 cups of lemon juice 2 garlic cloves 1 1/4 tsp of cumin 1 tsp of salt 1/2 drained garbanzo water (if you need depending on consistency you like) Paprika Olive oil
Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor until well blended. Add the garbanzo water last to get consistency you want, if you want. Chill overnight for the best flavor. Use the paprika and olive oil to sprinkle and drizzle over when you serve.
You can serve with black olives and pita bread, or with pita chips (or platanutres). You can also use fresh raw vegetables for dipping, such as broccoli & carrot sticks.
