Chicken Spinach Chowder

Ingredients
1 tsp Olive Oil1/4 cup Onions, chopped 1/4 cup Mushrooms, chopped1 cup Spinach, frozen1 10.5 oz can Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup 1 1/4 cup Water
Directions
Heat olive oil in small pot. Saute onion and mushrooms. Add spinach and cook until spinach is no longer frozen. Stir in soup and water and cook until heated though.
Makes 3 1-cup servings.
