Raw Hummus

Ingredients
1.5 cups sprouted garbanzo beans1 cup sprouted lima beans1.5 TBS tahini 1/2 tsp fresh garlic1/2 tsp rice vinegar1 tsp cumin2 tsp filtered water
Directions
Sprout your beans overnight and then add to a food processor along with your remaining ingredients. Pulse food processor until hummus is to your desired consistency.

Makes 8 servings and goes well with raw flax crackers, veggie sticks or on raw fajitas.
