Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 20 strips Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips *Bell Pepper, Orange, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Shrimp Nautilus Atlantic, 6 oz Scallops, 8 oz Corn Starch, 0.33 cup *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
Directions
Cut veggies,
cook in Wok
Cook Scallops & shrimp
mix Corn starch & Soy Sauce together with water mix into veggies & Scallops & shrimp.
Cook 5-10 min longer
Pot over rice or noodles.
