Quick & Easy Granola Bars

Ingredients
1 Cup Water1.5 Cups Raisins1 Cup Chopped Dates1 Tsp Cinnamon1 Tsp Nutmeg2 Cups Instant Oats2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats0.5 Cup Sesame Seeds0.5 Cup Flaxseed1 Cup Sliced Almonds1 Cup Apple Juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*F.
Mix Water, raisins, dates, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn down low and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix all remaining dry ingredients, then add the apple juice and mix.
Add in mixture from saucepan and stir until entire mixture is somewhat sticky.
Spread evenly onto cookie tray (should fill an entire 9X13 pan).
Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and cut into approx. 20 bars.
