Ingredients
2 Avocados, pitted and diced2 cloves Garlic, minced1/2 med tomato, seeded and diced small1 Tbsp fresh Cilantro,minced1 Scallion, chopped1 Tbsp Lime JuiceSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Mash with fork until desired consistency. Let sit for 30 minutes before serving.
