pumpkin pudding

Ingredients
1.5C sugar1 t salt 2 t cinnamon1/2 t cloves1/4 t ginger4 lg eggs2- 15oz cans pumpkin (not pie mix)1 can evap milk
Directions
Mix first 5 ingred in small bowl.

Beat eggs in lg bowl. Add pumpkin and sugar/ spice mix. slowly mix in milk.

Pour into 2 ceramic pie dishes or 9X13 casserole dish.

Bake at 425f for 15 min, then reduce to 350 for 45 min.
