Ingredients
1 Avocados, California (Haas), diced, without skin and seeds 1 Banana, sliced1 Plum Tomato, diced2 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 1/2 in cubesJuice of 1 LimeAbout 1 tsp of Jalapeno Tobasco Sauce1 Tbsp honey
Directions
Whisk honey, Tobasco, and lime together in small dish. Combine avocado, banana, tomato, and mozzarella in med bowl. Drizzle dressing over fruit and cheese, toss to coat, and serve immediately.
