Raisin Berry Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats4 cups water1/4 cup golden raisins1/4 Trader Joe's Golden Berry blend1 tsp pumpkin pie spice2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
put all in saucepan, bring to a slow boil, stirring, until oatmeal is thickened (5-10 minutes). Adding the raisins and berries at the beginning of cooking softens the dried fruits and releases the natural sugars into the oatmeal.

makes 4 servings (evenly divided).

** I add ground flaxseed meal to the top of mine for added fiber and omegas.
