NFNS Banana Oat Cookies

Ingredients
3 large bananas3/4 cup chopped walnuts1/4 cup canola or veg oil1 tsp vanilla extract2 cups quick rolled oats3/4 cup dried blueberries1/8 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mash bananas. Mix in nuts, oil and vanilla. Stir in oats, blueberries, cinnamon and salt. Let sit about 10 minutes. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 18-23 minutes until golden brown. Watch closely so they don't burn. Let cool completely before serving. Store in airtight container.
Makes 30 cookies.
