4 cups 99% fat free chicken broth4 eggs, beaten1 tsp soy sauce6 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped2 tsp chopped green onion, for garnish
Bring broth to boil. While stirring broth, pour in eggs. Continue to stir as eggs cook into streamers. Stir in soy sauce and water chestnuts; heat thoroughly. Ladle soup onto bowls and garnish with green onions.
