1 can of diet Rice Pudding2 large eggs1 egg white2 Tbsp Honey2 cups of white flour1 tsp baking powder1 can of diced Peaches in fruit juice1 'scoop' of protein powder
Place rice pudding, and eggs (including the white of one egg) and honey into a large mixing bowl. Mix tog thoroughly. Add flour, baking powder and protein powder. Mix thoroughly. Add peaches and its juice. Mix into batter.
Pour into 8" x 3" and 4" deep loaf tin.
Bake at moderate heat for 45mins
Serves 12 slices.
