Three-grain tabouli

Ingredients
1/2 cup bulgar1/2 cup guinoa1/3 cup whole wheat couscous2 cups diced parsley1 medium cucumber seeded and diced1 medium tomato, finely chopped2 stalks of celery finely diced1/4 cup EVOO3 tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp salt
Directions
make bulgar, quinoa and coucous according to directions. allow to cool before mixing together. can leave grains mixed for 2 days in the fridge before serving

upto 6 hours before serving mix rest of ingredients with grains and allow to come to room temperature before serving.
