Salmon Filet a la Blanc

Ingredients
3/4 teaspoon of dried basilchopped the tomato
Directions
Preheat oven 350 F
-Cover baking pan with aluminum foil
-Place salmon fillets in pan sprinkle with salt and pepper. -Cover with dice tomato. Pour wine over salmon then sprinkle with basil.
-Bake for 15 minutes,. Remove pan from over and quickly sprinkle salmon with cheese. Bake for 3-5 minutes or until cheese has melted and salmon is cooked to taste
