Southwestern Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients
1 15oz can chick peas (garbanzo beans) (drained and rinsed)1 15 oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)1/2 15 oz can of corn (drained and rinsed)1 large tomato, diced1 medium avocado, diced1/4 of red onion, finely chopped1 1/2 TB of extra virgin olive oiljuice from 1 lime1/4 c fresh cilantrosalt to taste
Directions
Combine everything in a large bowl and set in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (cooking time) for the flavors to meld. This makes approximately 4 servings, if you eat it as a meal. But it will make more servings if you eat as a side salad.
