Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 Slices of Wonder Bread (I use Light Italian)- 1 tablespoon of Land o Lakes light butter- 2 containers of egg whites- One slice of fat free cheese
Directions
*Makes one serving (one sandwich)

- Pour the two containers of egg whites into a hot pan
- Cook eggs for several minutes
- Butter two pieces of bread
- Place bread in pan to toast buttered sides
- Add cheese to the egg
- When cheese has melted and egg is cooked, place the egg between the two pieces of toast
- Add a dash of salt and enjoy!
