Ingredients
Directions
1 cup warm milk2 tablespoons butter, melted2 tablespoons warm water2 tablespoons honey or sugar1 tablespoon yeast (or 1 package)1 teaspoon salt2 1/2-3 cups flour (I use half white, half wheat)
In large bowl, stir together warm milk, melted butter, warm water, honey and yeast. Stand about 5 minutes.
Mix in salt and gradulally stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead until smooth. Divide into 8 pieces and form into balls. Place on ungreased or lightly greased (PAM is fine) baking sheet so buns are 2-3 inches apart. Flatten slightly. Let rise about 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 15-20 minutes or until slightly browned. Cool, then split in half.
