Easy and Quick Spicy Shrimp Bisque

Shrimp, cooked, 12 oz (chopped)Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (Rotel), 1 can (2.5 servings)Condensed tomato soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) 98%FF cream mushroom soup (1 can)Skim Milk, 8 oz Red Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp. White pepper to taste
Combine soups, diced tomatoes, milk, red wine vinegar,and chopped cooked shrimp in a medium saucepan. Heat on low 5-10 minutes, stirring often. Taste and add white pepper to taste, and depending on brand of tomato soup you may want to add a bit more red wine vinegar - some soups taste very sweet so a bit more tart helps balance the bisque.
Top with croutons and diced chives if desired (not calculated in calorie total)
