Healthy Mashed Potatoes with Peas (Vegan)

Ingredients
3 medium sized red potatoes (150g each or 5.3oz./1lb total)1 1/3 cups of steam in a bag green peas1/4 cup of light vanilla soy milk
Directions
1) wash and cut the potatoes into small pieces w/ skin on
2) boil the potatoes for about 20 min
3) mash the potatoes, stir in the soy milk and peas
