atrichoke tomatoe salad

Ingredients
5 large tomatoes (around 2 lbs) cut into wedges1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 jar (7 1 /2 oz)marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives drained2 tbsp minced fresh parsley2 tbsp white wine vinegar2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
1. Arrange tomato wedges on a large serving platter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon over tomatoes...Refrigerate leftovers.

Great with Feta cheese and roasted chicken for a meal.
