Microwave Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup self-raising flour1 tbsp cocoa powder1/2 cup splenda1/2 cup milk (2% fat)1 tsp vanilla essence25g butterSAUCE1 tbsp cocoa powder1 tbsp orange juice (optional)3/4 cup brown sugar1.5 cups water
Directions
Serves 6

1. Grease a 20cm microwave-safe dish.
2. Sift flour & cocoa into a bowl.
3. Add splenda, milk and vanilla. Stir well.
4. Melt butter in a small bowl in the microwave. Add to mixture and stir well.
5. Spread the mixture in the casserole dish.

6. SAUCE:
Mix all sauce ingredients in a jug and stir well until combined. Pour over pudding but DO NOT STIR.

7. Cover with cling wrap. Pierce.
8. Cook on high for 7 minutes. Stand 5 minutes before serving.

Cooking time may very depending on the wattage of your microwave.

Calories can be reduced by replacing the brown sugar with a low-calorie substitute.
