ORANGE GLAZED CURRY PORK CHOPS

1 tbsp. oil4 lean pork chops (1 1/2 to 2 lb.), 1 inch thick3/4 c. orange juice1 tbsp. brown sugar1 1/2 tsp. curry powder3/4 tsp. salt1 orange, peeled & sliced
Makes 4 servings
Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Cook pork chops 10 minutes until browned. Push to side of pan and drain. Add remaining ingredients except orange slices. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium. Simmer, covered, 10 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink. Remove chops to platter.
Simmer liquid, stirring about 5 minutes, until liquid is syrupy. Stir in orange slices. Serve over chops.
