Ingredients
1.5L Carlo Rossi Chablis1 cup Fresh Pineapple, diced1 Mangos, diced2 Plums or Pluots, diced1 soft ripe pear diced1 c Grapes, quartered or halved1 Lime, sliced thin1 Lemon, sliced thin 1 Orange, sliced in wedges .5 c Coconut Milk 2 tBsp turbinado Sugar .25 c hot Water, .5 c cointreau
Directions
chop fruit & put into large pitcher. dissolve 2 tB sugar (brown or turbinado) into 1/4 c hot water, add to pitcher. add wine, cointreau, and the water of one coconut (optional). other fruit options include cantaloupe, peaches, and apples. you can use leftover fruit (and maybe add more) to make a second batch. let it soak in the fridge overnight, if not longer. 2-3 days is best.
