Blueberry Overnight Oats
- Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
Directions
1/4 cup oats and 1/4 cup muesli (I used Trader Joes Blueberry)1/4 cup plain, nonfat greek yogurt1/4 cup almond breeze1/4 cup blueberries or strawberries1 tbsp Go Lean Crunch Cereal1 tbsp preserves (I used mixed berry)
The Night Before...
1. Combine muesli, yogurt, Almond Milk, and blueberries in a bowl (the cuter the bowl the better).
2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight. Allow the oats to soak up all the liquid.
The next morning...
3. Remove cover. If you want your oats cold, simply add the cereal and preserves, stir, and enjoy (trust me it is good). If you insist on having hot oats, add preserves, stir, and microwave for about 2 minutes. Add the cereal after you heat, stir, and enjoy.
