Chunky Avocado Dip

2 avocado10 grape or cherry tomatoes (or 2 regular tomatoes)2 serrano chiles1 red onion2 tbsp lime juice
Slice avocado in half, remove seed and cut into 1/2" cubes. Remove skin and slide cubes into a bowl, then sprinkle with lime juice so avocado doesnt turn brown.
Dice red onion into small pieces less than 1 cm in diameter
Cut grape tomatoes in half and add to bowl. If using regular tomato, remove seed core and dice into 1 cm cubes.
Slice 1" off the top (stem end) of each chile. Remove the seeds from the remaining portion and mince into small pieces. Add to bowl. Slice remaining chile and garnish top.
Enjoy! Makes 4 servings.
