1 Large Boboli or 2 small1/4 cup of pesto1 cup of mozzarella cheese1 cup of sliced mushrooms4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cooked
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spread pesto over Boboli crust. Add mushrooms and diced chicken. Sprinkle cheese over pizza. Cook for 12 minutes in oven. Serves 4.
