Too Easy Light Applesauce

Ingredients
2 medium apples (such as Fuji); peeled & chopped to 1/2 inch pieces1/4 cup water4 tsp. Smart Sugar (or Splenda, or other sugar substitute)1 tsp. brown sugar1/4 tsp cinnamon*Dash pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Simmer all ingredients together over medium-low to medium heat for 12-15 minutes, until a little softer than al dente.

Place in blender and carefully pulse until desired consistency. Chill. Perfection!
