Roasted squash, chicken and bacon pasta

Ingredients
1 Butternut squash2 red onions2 garlic cloves12 oz penne or rigatoni3 tbsp creme fraiche2 chicken breast4 rashers baconparmesan, grated
Directions
Roast the squash, onions, garllic in a tin with oil and seasoning for 30 mins

Grill or fry the chicken and bacon pieces.

Cook the pasta for 8-10 mins until tender. Drain, retaining 4 tbsp of water

Remove tin from oven and stir in the water and creme fraiche, then toss in the pasta, chicken and bacon.
