Ingredients
chicken brest 1.75lbsjasmin rice 1cuptai sauce 2/3 bottleyour choice of fresh vegatablesoil
Directions
makes 4 servings.
cut chicken into bite sized peices
cook chicken in a a skillet until cooked through
add 2/3 bottle of tai sauce set to side
chop vegatables
cook vegatables in covered skillet with water until they reach desired tenderness
add small amount of oil for flavor to the vegatables
cook while stiring for 2 min.
cook rice as directed on package
