Becky's Crock Pot Lasagna

Ingredients
1lb 90/10 Ground Beef48oz (give or take a few oz) Ragu Garden Style Spaghetti Sauce (or your fave)1 large box Whole Wheat Lasagna Pasta24oz Part Skim shredded Mozarella1 Large Egg24oz Fat frFree Small Curd Cottage Cheese (try before substituing)1T Italian Seasoning
Directions
Brown ground beef, drain & rinse with hot water. Mix ground beef, Italian Seasoning & Sauce in bowl. Spray Crocl Pot w/Pam then pour half of the meat/sauce mixture into crock pot. Layer half of the pasta on top of meat/sauce mixture. Mix the egg whtie with cottage cheese & pour half over pasta. Put half Mozarella on top. Do the same thing with the second layer & cook on LOW for no more than 3 hours. Some crock pots may require less.
