Ingredients
2 c. spinach leaves2 T. Newman's Own Light Lime Vinaigrette1/2 c. Eden's Organic Kidney Beans, No Salt1/2 avocado1 medium tomato1 Morningstar Grillers Original veggieburger, heated2 T. reduced fat grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Put the spinach in a bowl and toss with the dressing. Heat the veggieburger and crumble it over the spinach. Sprinkle on the other ingredients and enjoy!
