Cake2 cups Flour1 cup Sugar1 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice1/3 cup Butter1/2 cup Brown Sugar2 Eggs15 oz Pumpkin Pie Filling2 Egg Whites1 cup shredded CarrottsFilling4 oz Fat Fee Cream Cheese1/4 cup Sugar1 tbs Skim Milk
Preheat Oven to 350, spray 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray
Beat sugar, brown sugar and butter together, add eggs, and egg whites, pumpkin pie filling and carrots, beat until well mixed, add flour and beat until well mixed. Pour into greased pan.
Prepare Cream Cheese Filling
Mix creeam cheese, sugar and milk until well blended.
Drop spoonfulls of mixture over cake batter and swirl in with a butter knife.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely and cut into 24 squares.
