Kitchen Sink Salad

4 c. chopped lettuce1 med. tomato, chopped1 carrot, peeled and grated1/4 c. cheddar cheese, grated1 tbsp. bacon bits2 tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut1/3 c. dried cranberries
Directions
Layer it all in a bowl and serve with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dressing. Yum!
