Cheesy Sausage Penne

Ingredients
1 pound bulk italian sausage1 garlic clove minced1 jar (26) oz spaghetti sause1 pkg (16) oz uncooked penne pasta1 pkg (8) oz cream cheese1 cup sour creem4 green onions2 cups shredded cheddar chesse
Directions
In a large skillet cook the sausage and garlic over medium heat till done. drain and add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.

Cook penne pasta according to pkg directions for 11 minutes. Drain nd set aside.

mix sour cream, cream cheese and onions together.

Layer a 3qt cassarole dish with 1/2 of the penne, top with 1/2 of the meat mixture, top meat mixture with 1/2 cheese mixture and then top with 1 cup of cheese... Repeat.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
