Ingredients
3 lrg. onions sliced 2 tlbs. e.v.o.o3-4 cups of beef broth2 cups of water 1/4 cup of shredded low fat mozzarella cheese2 pc. whole wheat toast
Directions
brown onions in the olive oil.
then once browned add one cup of beef broth
let simmer, reduce then add the rest of the broth boil let the broth reduce about a cm. Then add the water simmer on low for 5-10. Then scoop into oven safe bowels add 1 half pc. toast cut into squares and two table spoons of cheese put into the oven with the top broil on to melt the cheese and make golden once golden take out and enjoy this delicious soup fit for any occasion. Be careful very hot......
