Ingredients

Directions
Soak the dry chickpeas in 6 cups of water overnight. Add salt and cook until tender. In a sauce pan heat oil and lightly brown the onions, add ginger, garlic and the dry ground spices. Mix well, add the cooked chick peas and continue cooking at low heat. Add lemon juice and brown sugar. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with fresh naan.
