Ingredients
1- 7 inch young zuccini8 plum tomatoes 1/2 medium onion1 cup mozzerella Cheesesalt to taste
Directions
slice thin and layer in a small baking dish making 2 layers each with cheese ending on top.
cover loosely with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and a half. Serves 4
