Okara Tofu Brownies

Semisweet chocolate, 100 grams (remove)Butter, salted, 50 grams (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Granulated Sugar, 50 grams (remove)Milk, 1%, 50 mL (remove)Plain white flour (UK), 50 g (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 0.25 tbsp (remove)*Tofu, okara, 0.5 cup (remove)Raisins, 30 grams (remove)Rum, 30 mL (remove)Walnuts, 20 grams (remove)
grease and line 15x20cm brownie pan
chop chocolate into pieces
soak raisins in rum
melt chocolate and butter over a ban marie. stir in sugar
add melted chocolate to beaten egg
add milk slowly stiring mixture
add the dry ingrediants and okara, add raisins and chopped walnuts to the mix
fill baking pan and tap mixture
bake in lower shelf of 160deg oven for 40-45mins
