Ingredients
500g Mince (I use kangaroo)1kg Frozen Mixed Vegetables (your choice)2 tins crushed or diced tomatoes2 tins kidney beans or beans of your choice1 cup uncooked rice
Directions
Put everything into a crockpot and stir. It is easier to add the tomatoes and beans with the meat and stir well to break it up and then add the rice and mixed vegetables.

Cook on low for about 8 hours.

Makes at least 8 serves.
