Tomato and red pepper soup

Ingredients
200 gram onions200 gram carrots400g canned tomatoes3 x vegetable stock cubeRed pepper30fl oz waterBasil chopped (or any other herbs)
Directions
Chop all ingredients, place in saucepan with stock made up with the water and basil (you can use any herbs), I used a 400g can chopped tomatoes with herbs
