Ingredients: Zucchini, 03 cup, mashed (remove)*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, .6 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, .5 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 3 extra large (remove)*Flour, white, 3 cup (remove)Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove)Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Pecans, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Semisweet chocolate, .5 oz (approx 60 pcs) (remove)
Directions
Makes 24 muffins

shred zucchini for 3 cups. Add wet ingredients and mix. Add dry. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.

Pour into prepared muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes.
