Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
2 pats butter2 cans beef brothcup fresh mushroomsSmall round steak, cut up in small piecessalt, pepperOnion, chopped5 Tbsp flour1 cup sour cream1 16 oz pkg egg noodles
Directions
Melt butter in large skillet, add beef, salt and pepper. Cook till no longer pink. Add onions and fresh mushrooms. Saute a little then add 5 Tbsp flour.....then add beef broth, smal amount of water..... cook till thickens, then add 1 cup sour cream. Cook noodles separately till almost done then add to meat mixture and let cook together for few m inutes.
