Ingredients
5 Egg whites2 eggs1/2 cup red pepper diced1/2 cup red onion diced1/4 cup old cheddar grated3 strips chicken bacon sliced1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp pepper
Directions
Beat eggs and egg whites together. Add veg, bacon, and seasonings.

Spray muffin tin with non stick spray.

Pour mixture into muffin tin.

This makes 6 egg cups, one serving is 2 of these. This recipe makes 3 servings.
