Focaccia Bread

Ingredients
scant 4 cups white bread flour, plus extra for dusting1 tbsp saltscant 1/4 c. olive oil1 oz yeast1 1/4 c. water
Directions
Put the flour, salt, oil, yeast and water into a large bowl and mix with your hands for 3 minutes, or until all the flour has been picked up.

Tip the dough out onto a lightly floured counter and knead well for 6 minutes. The dough should be quite sticky. Put the dough in a well oiled bowl and brush a little more oil on the top. Let stand at room temperature, covered with a kitchen towel for 2 hours.

Portion into 6 sections and make pizza of your choice!!!!!

Bake at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
