Ingredients
Green Beans (snap), 20 beans (4" long) (remove)Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Miso Paste, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tbsp Minced Garlic, 1 serving Roasted Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp
Directions
Put the Soy Sauce, Minced Garlic, Miso Paste, Red Pepper Flakes and Ginger Power into a frying pan or wok. Mix until well blended and bubbly. Add Beans (or any other Veggie) and cook for 4 - 5 minutes until veggie's are softened. Plate and spinkles Sesame Seeds on top.
