Orange/Pineapple Jello

Ingredients
16 oz cottage cheese (lowfat)1 pkg sugar free orange gelatin1 can (15.5 oz) crushed pineapple in own juice (drained)1 1/2 cup boiling water
Directions
8 1 /2 cup servings.
Mix orange sugar free gelatin with 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Stir gelatin in hot water until dissolved. Drain pineapple. Mix pineapple and cottage cheese with dissolved gelatin. Mix well and put in frig to congeal.
